Asphalt Composite Shingles
The beauty and style of modern asphalt shingles is stunning. Plus asphalt shingles is the most reliable roofing system on the market today – bar none!
There are a wide range of colors and looks to choose from. No matter which system you choose, you will be thrilled with the new look and performance of your roof.
PVC / TPO SinglePly
SinglePly roof is the biggest revolution in roofing since asphalt shingles were invented 100 years ago. Over the last 30 Years, PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and TPO (thermoplastic olefin) plastics have replaced asphalt as the most common roofing material in the flat roofing segment.
While these systems are still relatively new, there are several manufacturer’s with a proven record of solid performance. The biggest advantage to these systems is lower price. The life span is typically 25-35 years.
Modified Bitumen Asphalt
ModBit Roofing is a tried and true system that has been around for more than 60 years. The system is a great companion to a shingle roof because the finished surfaces match.
The main advantage of Modified Bitumen is it is MUCH more durable than SinglePly. But it usually costs more, weighs more. The life span is typically 20-35 years.
Restoration Coatings
When conditions are right, you can save a lot of money by restoring a roof rather than replacing it.
Acrylic, Silicone, Urethane, Aluminum, Emulsion and more. There are a lot of choices but no matter which you choose, restoration coatings perform just as good as a new roof at a fraction of the cost.
There are also a lot of environmental advantages, making this system a Green Building leader.
