The most common general construction service we provide is dry rot repair. When waterproofing and roofing fails, water finds its way in and dry rot can result. Fortunately, we have the in-house capability to fix whatever may arise.
Windows And Doors
Its common for windows and doors to need repair or replacement. We are skilled in this work and can replace just one window or hundreds, what ever the need. The best part is, our window and door installations don’t leak because we are so proficient at waterproofing. Window and door installers are notorious for cutting corners to save a buck, but we do it right every time.
Siding & Stucco
Repair of Siding and Stucco in conjunction with our work is very common. Not only is stucco and siding a regular source of leaks but roofing, waterproofing, windows, doors, drains, decks, railings and other building components inter-connect with the wall systems.
We are proficient in the repair of all common siding systems. This allows us to install our systems with a “total systems” approach that eliminates leaks and lengthens the life of systems we install.

Because we repair more than 1000 leaks for our customers every year, its no surprise that we get asked to fix the drywall at the same time. We have 1-2 interior crews working at all times making repairs, painting and doing other interior services.
